Indian Land Project
This kitchen was stuck in builder grade mode from when it was built. The home owner really wanted to update the kitchen with modern colors and materials. We removed the tile floor and installed a sleek wide plank, dark stained bamboo flooring. Removed the plain tile back splash and installed a glass and marble stone back splash. Painted the cabinets and switched out the hardware for a very clean look. In the living room we started by repairing the drywall and painting the walls with a modern neutral grey color. We re-stained the natural oak handrail with an ebony stain. Removed the carpet and finished installing the bamboo flooring throughout. In the master bathroom we repainted the walls with a vibrant color and refinished the cabinets with a dark industrial coating. We switched out the brass door hardware and the cabinet hardware. Finally, we replaced the dull builder grade mirror with two stylish ones.
